• For healthy horses 4 months or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by eastern, western and venezuelan encephalomyelitis tetanus • For use as an aid in the reduction of respiratory disease caused by equine influenza virus, Florida sublineage clade 1, equine herpesvirus type 1 & 4 • For use as an aid in the reduction of severity of clinical disease and as an aid in the viremia and mortality caused by west nile virus • Safe for use in pregnant mares • The duration of immunity is at least 6 months for OH/03 and at least 12 months for WNV
